SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to space engineering. Device 100 for transporting a target object in space comprises attachment unit 110 that attaches to a target object present in outer space and propulsion unit 120 for obtaining propulsive force. Target object is transported to a prescribed target position by being moved together with the target object by propulsion unit 120 which is in a state in which it is attached to the target object by attachment unit 110. Debris removal system comprises guidance control unit 300 that causes the device 100 to approach the space debris and attaches device 100 to the space debris by using the attachment unit 110, and propulsion control unit 230 that controls propulsion unit 120 in device 100, so as to move device 100, in a state in which the device is attached to the space debris together with the space debris, towards the atmosphere, by using propulsion unit 120 in device 100.
EFFECT: technical result of the group of inventions is the effective removal of space debris of various sizes.
