FIELD: microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial microbiology. Technological line for the production of fodder yeast from n-paraffins and fungi of the Candida family includes blocks for the preparation of pure cultures of Candida and microalgae, the preparation of paraffins and salts, each of the units is connected in series with the fermentation unit, the biomass thickening unit and the fodder yeast extraction unit; in addition, the microbiological gas cleaning unit and the anaerobic waste treatment unit are installed in the production line. In addition, the fermentation unit is equipped with a fermenter for ripening biomass, the thickening unit is equipped with a plant for the separation of biomass, made in the form of a capillary separator or flotation cell, and the microbiological gas cleaning unit further comprises an installation for the synthesis of microalgae.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the amount of harmful gas-air emissions, to reduce the toxicity of fodder yeast, to organize the receipt of additional products of production.
