AUTOCLAVE FOAMED CONCRETE MIXTURE Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC C04B38/10 

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and specifically to autoclaved lightweight concrete. The autoclave foamed concrete mixture contains the following in wt %: portland cement 17.52-19.90, ground quick lime 6.9-7.18, sand in form of sand slime with density of approximately 1.6 kg/l which is ground up to specific surface area of 280-300 m²/kg 26.8-27.8, wastes - cutoff pieces formed when cutting foamed material into blocks, in form of sludge with density of approximately 1.3 kg/l 18.37-19.25, foaming additive 0.23-0.24, water 27.80-28.01.

EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of the foamed concrete: frost resistance and quality class of the foamed products on geometrical parametres.
