FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the building materials industry, in particular, to the technology of autoclaved aerated concrete products. Raw mix for the production of products from cellular concrete contains, wt. %: lime - 7.3, cement CEM1-42,5H - 13.3, cement CEM1-32,5B - 9.1, quartz sand 49, solids in the return sludge from the side "scraps" and "humps" from cellular-concrete air-dried brick - 17, gypsum stone - 4, aluminium powder - 0.1, chopped basalt fibre and/or chopped fiberglass - 0.2, water to achieve a water-solid ratio (W/S) of 0.601. Method of preparation of the above mixture consists of the stage of preparation of sand-gypsum direct sludge by grinding sand and gypsum in a ball wet grinding mill, the stage of preparation of the return sludge from cellular-concrete air-dried bricks by feeding them into the mixer for mixing with water until a homogeneous mass is obtained and then averaged in the day tank to a given density, the stage of preparation of a dry mixture of non-metallic fibre component with a binder, the stage of preparation of the aluminium suspension by mixing water and aluminium powder, the stage of mixing the above-mentioned components while the mixer is running and observing the following sequence: hardening water at a temperature of 42–45 °C, direct and return sludge, mixture of non-metallic fibre component, cement, lime and aluminium suspension. Group of inventions is developed as independent and dependent claims.
EFFECT: technical result is expansion of the arsenal of technical means in the field of production of autoclaved aerated concrete products with increased strength.
