Method includes the steps of: receiving, by the server for mission-critical push-to-talk (MCPTT) of the time group, a multi-group call establishment message sent by the second user equipment (UE); determining by means of the MCPTT server to establish a multi-group call with the participation of the indicated N MCPTT groups, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; sending, by the MCPTT server, a call message to the first UE; at the stage of sending the call message to the first UE: sending the fourth paging message via the MCPTT server of the temporary group to the MCPTT server of the MCPTT group to which the first MCPTT user belongs, according to the identifier of the MCPTT group to which the first MCPTT belongs-user, the way the MCPTT server of the MCPTT group sends the fifth paging message to the first UE to make a personal call to the first UE to join the multi-group call.

EFFECT: more effective call for users belonging to different MCPTT groups of the MCPTT system.
