Method of changing association of a relationship between a radio communication service user in a critical situation (MCPTT) and MCPTT group, comprising steps of: receiving, by a first network element device, an association change request from a first user device (UE), wherein the association change request contains request information, used to indicate that a first MCPTT user requests a association change between a second MCPTT user and a first MCPTT group, wherein the first MCPTT user is MCPTT user using the first UE; and establishing, by a first network element device, association of the relationship between the second MCPTT user and the first MCPTT group, in accordance with the association change request.

EFFECT: technical result consists in higher data transmission rate.
