SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the aircraft airframe and the landing gear technical condition monitoring method and device. For the method implementation, performing the number of the aircraft zones monitoring in a certain way in the constant time mode, supplying the alarm signal in case of the piezoelectric sensor malfunction detection, or the communication bus breakdown, or the equipment failure. Device contains three detection devices, information collection and processing device, an emergency state alarm unit, an onboard device, a power supply unit, an alarm indicator, two setpoint setting devices, actual take-off (landing) mass and the aircraft center of gravity position determining unit, com-port, the aircraft with the runway interaction parameters determining unit, consisting of the limit switches block sensor unit, a motion sensor, an altimeter, information sensors (for the landing gear each wheel), the landing gear revolutions number sensors.

EFFECT: enabling increase in the flights safety due to increase in the landing gear vital elements monitoring information content, predicting their failures.
