SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for instrumental control over the quality of landing an aircraft. To monitor the quality of the landing, thermal measurements of the nodes and structural elements of the chassis and braking devices are remotely conducted using a thermal imaging device and information processing device, the data is entered into the database, the intensity of tribological heat release of frictional contacts is determined, a software-aided calculation of heat intensity is made after three aircraft landings and the standard deviation is calculated in a certain way, the value of the coefficient of variation is determined in a certain way, the value of which is used to determine whether the landing is satisfactory.
EFFECT: monitoring of the chassis of aircraft braking devices is provided.
