SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cut-off thrust solid propellant rocket motors and is aimed at improving the shut-off valves operating on the combustion products of rocket fuels. Cut-off valve comprises a body rigidly connected to a combined plug containing a spherical part and a cylindrical part, an annular detonating charge surrounding the cylindrical part of the plug, electric detonator installed opposite the ring detonating charge, made with an annular cumulative groove directed toward the cylindrical part of the plug, while the inner part of the body and the combined plug are protected with a heat insulator at the same time, an insert made of an erosion-resistant press material is installed in the housing; the insert is geometrically a Laval nozzle with critical and multidirectional expanding parts. Supercritical part of the liner is located opposite the DUZ and is protected from the outside by a metal sleeve mounted on the adhesive composition.
EFFECT: increase the reliability of the valve.
