FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry. Extraction of biologically active compounds from the bark of coniferous trees includes extraction of the bark of coniferous trees crushed to a fraction of particles of 0.5–1.0 mm with a binary aqueous organic extractant with a concentration of 1.0–5.0 % at an extraction temperature of 80 °C and liquid module 1:10. As the organic component of the binary aqueous organic extractant, triethanolamine is used. Extraction is carried out for 6 hours, after which the extract is filtered and distilled using a rotary evaporator at a temperature of 40 °C remove water, concentrating the extract to 1/10 of the original volume.
EFFECT: proposed invention provides a more rapid and less toxic method for extracting a complex of biologically active compounds from the bark of coniferous trees using a binary aqueous organic extractant.
