SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for processing plant raw materials, including grinding the raw materials, mixing the crushed raw materials with an extractant, heating with the extractant at the boiling point of the extractant, cooling, evaporation of the extract, hydrolysis of the extract with an alcoholic solution of sodium hydroxide, neutralization of the aqueous-alkaline phase, extraction with a hydrocarbon solvent, separation of aqueous and organic phase, distillation of the extractant from the organic phase, while logging waste, which is a mixture of wood chips, shoots and greenery of deciduous and coniferous species, is used as plant raw materials without preliminary sorting, the raw materials are crushed to a fraction of 0.3-1.0 cm, mixed 300 g of crushed raw materials with 3.6 L of extractant selected from the group: 70% aqueous ethanol, 88% aqueous 2-propanol, methyl tert-butyl ether, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, extracted at the boiling point of the extractant for two hours, after the stage of neutralization of the aqueous alkaline phase, extraction is carried out with methyl tert-butyl ether.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of the process of processing plant resources due to the more complete use of waste from the wood processing industry by isolating extractive substances from plant raw materials, which are logging wastes consisting of wood chips, shoots and greenery of deciduous and coniferous species, increased yield of the main products - lipid concentrate of fatty acids and labdanoids, especially lupeol, betulin, betulinic acid, while reducing the labour intensity and labour costs of the process and also expanding the arsenal of means for processing plant raw materials.
