FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for reproducible manufacturing of a shaped ring product for use in rotating units with a ring rolling machine driven using process monitoring, in particular, from a metal ring billet of such a nature that it is subject to cracking. Method comprises the following steps: determining at least one technological window extending over the rolling period, in relation to the pre-selected process parameters for a specific ring product, which must be given final shape using this ring rolling machine based on calibration samples, which were given the final form using this ring rolling machine, with one or more window with the technological parameters of the technological process, tracked during the execution of the method, is set by the process parameters for these calibration samples, the rolling product of which meets the requirements that the ring product to be manufactured and the rolling of ring blanks in a profiled way for the manufacture of rolling ring products to meet. Pre-set process parameters contain at least two of the following process parameters: an increase in ring diameter, axial force of rolling, the radial force of rolling, the period of rolling, the temperature of the ring billet during the technological process of rolling. Determination of the current parameters of the rolling out of the rolled billet is also performed with respect to at least two selected process parameters and evaluation is performed to ensure that these process parameters are within a given process window, and only ring products that have been rolled out with process parameters that enter the process window are skipped for further work with them and / or processing. Also a variant of the method is proposed.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture parts with the highest requirements in terms of properties and tolerance limits when fulfilling the requirement of reproducibility.
