SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns a sterile ready-to-use fluid hemostatic composition containing a soluble hemostatic agent containing a set of carriers and a set of fibrinogen-binding peptides immobilized on each carrier, with each carrier included in a hemostatic agent composition containing a branched core, and fibrinogen-binding peptides being individually covalently attached to the branched core, biocompatible liquid and biocompatible cross-linked polysaccharide particles suitable for stopping bleeding, which are not soluble in a biocompatible liquid. The group of inventions also concerns a method for bleeding treatment, including introduction of an effective amount of this composition into a bleeding wound, a method for obtaining a sterile, ready-to-use, fluid hemostatic composition.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved stability after sterilization of the composition in a ready-to-use form.
