SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to metal forming and can be used in bending an oblong metal product. Metal product is introduced into the feed channel of the bending apparatus. Bending unit of the apparatus is located behind said feed channel and comprises a first contrast member and a first bending member for bending a metal product in a first bending plane, as well as a second contrast member and a second bending member for bending a metal product around said second contrast member in a second bending plane transverse to the first bending plane.
