FIELD: devices for grouping elongated products.
SUBSTANCE: device for grouping elongated products (P) contains a sliding plane (11) inclined relative to the vertical plane. The sliding plane (11) has a first section (11a) configured to receive a plurality of elongated products (P). Movable retaining elements (14) are provided on the sliding plane (11). The sliding plane (11) is provided with a stepped break (15) interacting with the retaining elements (14) which are sliding along the second section (11b) of the sliding plane (11) located downstream from the stepped break (15), in direction of sliding (D), in order to determine in each case by means of a stepped gap (15) a zone (16) for temporary laying of elongated products (P) that fall inside said stepped gap (15), the depth of the stepped gap (15) being determined by the difference the heights of the first section (11a) of the sliding plane (11) and the second section (11b) of the sliding plane (11).
EFFECT: creation of an easy-to-operate automatic device for grouping elongated products is provided.
