FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clinical lymphology, and can be used to treat patients with atherosclerosis of the neck vessels and vessels of the mediastinal organs. Method includes the introduction of a mixture of cytoflavin 10.0 ml and novocaine 0.5 % to 20.0 ml lymphotropic by interstitial injection into the pretracheal area through the jugular fossa or into the supraclavicular fossa after preliminary local anesthesia of the injection area with novocaine 0.5 % - 5.0 ml.
EFFECT: use of the invention increases the efficiency of treatment of patients with atherosclerosis of the vessels of the neck and vessels of the mediastinal organs and increases the tolerance of loads due to hemolymphomacirculatory and interstitial delivery of locally high concentrations of cytoflavin created near the compromised vessels and target organs.
