FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engineering, construction, automotive and aviation industry, shipbuilding and can be used in construction of spatial structures and structures for various purposes and is aimed at ensuring the possibility of construction of complex spatial structures and increase their strength characteristics. Method involves the layering of the formation of an external lengthy spatial closed shell of the desired configuration of hardening material with an internal through longitudinal channel and the subsequent placement along the entire length of the said channels of a thin-walled rubber tube, which is covered on the outside with a reinforcing sleeve made of fibrous material. Subsequently, a polymeric hardening material is fed into the space between the inner surface of the outer shell and rubber tube, then, before the hardening of the polymeric hardening material, a moving agent is fed into the internal cavity of the rubber tube under excessive pressure and the excess volume of the polymeric hardening material is removed.
EFFECT: overpressure is maintained until the desired strength is hardened with a set of hardening material, and then overpressure is released.
