FIELD: electric heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric heating devices based on heating resistors and can be used as a thermal energy generator for water heating systems of individual, industrial and commercial facilities. The heat exchanger of an electric water boiler consists of coolant inlet and outlet pipes, inlet and outlet collectors, intermediate tubular elements made of heat-conducting material with flat thermistor-type heating elements attached to the surface. Intermediate tubular elements are made with a section in the form of a triangle, to each of the three sides of which a flat thermistor heating element is attached along its entire length, which provides heating of the walls of the tubular element and indirect heating of the coolant moving through the pipe to a predetermined temperature not higher than 85 degrees Celsius. With the help of the channels of the inlet and outlet collectors, the heat carrier flows are distributed over the triangular tubular elements. The connected triangular tubular elements are in contact with each other over the entire side area through the heating thermistor elements, forming a spatial structure of the "honeycomb" type.
