FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and can be used in tubular-finned heat exchangers. Formation of a corrugated heat exchanger with a tubular-finned core, such that the direction in which the louvers are trimmed and bent is inclined only in one direction, wherein height H (mm) of the core, which is the distance over which a pair of tanks is spaced apart (the distance of the part of space between the pair of tanks), width W (mm) of the louver made by trimming and bending in the direction of the main fluid flow and louvre angle θ, made by trimming and bending, are set so as to satisfy the inequality H>Qup/(Qup-1)×ΔH, where H denotes the height of the core of the heat exchanger, Qup denotes the ratio of the amount of heat transfer to the "mountain" between the unidirectional fins and the oppositely directed fins in a part of the air flow, and ΔH indicates the magnitude of the increase in the area of reduced heat transfer in the core of the heat exchanger as a result of replacing multidirectional fins with unidirectional fins.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of heat transfer.
