FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and is intended for use in sucker-rod pumping installations for turning the column of sucker rods. Installation includes a pumping unit, a balancer, a balancer head, consisting of two cheeks and an arc with convex cylindrical walls. Installation also contains a column of rods, suspended from the balancer head by means of a cable, and a weight rod with a handle, to the free end of which the lower end of the flexible element is connected. Additional arc is attached by a concave wall to the convex cylindrical wall of the arc of the balance weight head next to one cheek. Groove is made in this arc between its free end wall and cheek. Flexible element passes through the cavity of the groove and the upper end is connected to the upper end of the additional arc.
EFFECT: overall dimensions decrease.
