SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, specifically to a heterocyclic compound of formula I, where ring A is phenyl; X is CH or N; Y is CH, N or NR4, where R4 is methyl; L is a bond; each of R1-R3 independently represents halogen, methyl, methoxy, CF3 or unsubstituted morpholine; m is 0–2; n is 4; p is 0–2; and the head part is , where each of Ra, Rb and Rc independently represents H or methyl. Invention also relates to specific compounds, a pharmaceutical composition based on a compound of formula I or a specific compound, their use and a method for treating said diseases. .
EFFECT: technical result: obtaining new heterocyclic compounds with inhibitory activity against the fibroblast growth factor receptor 4 (FGFR-4).
