SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optimizing a resource allocation plan for missile weapons. In the method, the device comprises: a first unit for extracting information relating to the situation in question; a second unit for processing the said information in order to derive a proposal on the use of weapons from it, first determining the firing windows on the basis of the mentioned information and then deducing a proposal on the use of weapons based on the said firing windows, the aforementioned proposal on the use of weapons indicates the purpose of missile weapons and points of fire to track and eliminate air-threat situations; and a third block to implement the approval phase of the proposal on the use of weapons, and the use of weapons is carried out in accordance with the proposal on the use of weapons approved through the said third block.
EFFECT: ensuring the correct use of missile weapons to monitor and eliminate air-threat situations in the military field.
