FIELD: pharmaceuticals.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to a method for producing an agent with gastroprotective, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant activity. Proposed method of obtaining funds with pronounced gastroprotective, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant activity, for this aim the plant material, consisting of crushed to a particle size of 1.0–2.0 mm in diameter, is ferulopsis hystrix roots, extracted three times at a temperature of 60 °C at a ratio of 1 wt. including plant material : 10 vol. p. extractant, the first and second contact of the phases of 40 % ethyl alcohol, third contact of the phases – 30 % ethyl alcohol for 90, 60 and 60 minutes each, then the combined aqueous-alcoholic extracts are filtered, evaporated, purified by separation, added to evaporation, then dried in a vacuum dryer.

EFFECT: above method improves the pharmacological activity and allows you to get the drug with a constant content of active substances.
