FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to the design of a rotor with permanent magnets for a high-speed electric machine. Combined rotor contains permanent magnets mounted on a shaft of magnetic material with the formation of poles. Welded bandage is put on the assembled magnets, which consists of pole pieces of magnetic steel and non-magnetic inserts welded at the junction points. Permanent magnets are made in the form of segments and installed close to each other without the formation of nonmagnetic gaps. Segments of the magnets forming the poles are magnetized radially. Segments of magnets mounted between the poles are made with tangential magnetization. In this case, the segments of the permanent magnets magnetized in the radial direction are located opposite the pole pieces, and the segments of the magnets with tangential magnetization are located opposite the nonmagnetic inserts.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
