FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electric machine rotor comprises a shaft with a non-magnetic bushing fixed on it, on which there are alternating permanent magnets with radial magnetisation, which form north and south poles of the rotor, between which there are permanent magnets with tangential magnetization, forming together a Halbach magnetic system. Non-magnetic bushing, permanent magnets with tangential direction of magnetizing force and band have axial size exceeding axial size of rotor poles. On the end sides of the non-magnetic bushing, which extend beyond the axial size of the rotor poles, between the permanent magnets with tangential magnetisation there are permanent magnets with axial magnetisation, which are adjacent to the end surfaces of the permanent magnets with radial magnetisation. When permanent magnets with axial magnetization contact with north poles of rotor, their magnetizing forces are directed to north poles, and in case of contact with south poles – from south poles.
EFFECT: increased induction of magnetic field in working gap, torque and power of electric machine.
