FIELD: food industry; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: candy-making machine includes a chain conveyor with end-to-end cells, a belt conveyor with a traction belt located under it, which serves as the bottom of the cells during the casting of candy mass in them, a casting head, a steaming chamber and a cooling chamber. Chain conveyor is made in the form of a forming tape from polyorganosiloxane, which has magnetic properties. Cells have the shape of a truncated pyramid, the larger base of which is located on the outer side of the forming belt, in contact with the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor, made of a material with magnetic properties. Cooling chamber is located on the section of the forming tape in front of the casting head, while in the course of the joint movement of the forming and traction tapes behind the casting head a second additional cooling chamber is placed, and after the casting head and in the direction of movement of the traction belt of the belt conveyor after the forming belt the third additional cooling chamber is located.
EFFECT: invention provides an improvement in the quality of the manufactured product.
