FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: device for non-contact forming and cooling of milk paste contains apron conveyor with cells of porous material for milk paste receipt and chambers with spherical particles made of elastic material, operating pneumatic chamber, created with side walls and leaf of apron conveyor, support chamber, receive transporter and pouring off head. For operation of both branches conveyor device is fitted with additional pneumatic chamber, supporting chamber made in inner part of the conveyor, pouring off head and receiving transporter. Leaf of elastic conveyor consists of elements in form of profile sheet with ledges and cavities. Cells of porous material are fixed in the ledges and cavities so that in each pair of neighboring cells one of them is directed with operating surface upward, another is directed downward and is fixed in the cavity. Chambers with spherical particles of elastic material are created with ledges and cavities and limited with walls of profile element, porous cells and movable in upward flat perforated plate.
EFFECT: improvement of device operation stability, rational usage of working spaces and increase of its productivity.
