FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of confectioneries.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has plated chain conveyor with pneumatic working chamber defined by belt and side walls of conveyor. Belt members consist of two plates, with upper plate being made perforated and lower plate being equipped with row cells for molding of candy centers. Flexible layer of spherical grains are spilled into space between lower and upper plates. Apparatus is further provided with holding chamber, receiver conveyor, and molding device. Apparatus for molding of candy centers has actuating mechanism made in the form of double-acting electromagnetic drive. Upper plate of plated conveyor is made immovable and is rigidly fixed within chamber walls. Lower plate of conveyor is made movable in vertical plane. Conveyor belt members are formed as sections defined by upper plate rigidly fixed in side walls and lower perforated plate movable in vertical plane.
EFFECT: quick readjustment of candy center molding apparatus using operative control allowing transition to other unit mass and receipt of delivered products without necessity for manufacturing feeler unit.
