Method of obtaining a biologically active concentrate from maral skin, including grinding the skin to a state of mince, mixing minced meat with water, homogenizing the mixture, followed by enzymatic hydrolysis of the mixture in the presence of SG-50 and papain enzymes, with the simultaneous introduction of enzymes into the mixture of raw materials-water, under the action of ultrasonic vibrations and the process temperature 36–38 °C with constant stirring, then drying of the extract is carried out, under certain conditions.
