FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of maral antlers, manchurian deer, reindeer to produce biologically active concentrate in powder form and can be used in medicine and veterinary science. Method of producing soluble concentrate of preserved antlers comprises grinding antlers to particle size 100 mcm, mixing with water in a ratio of antlers:water of 1:3-1:4 and subjecting to enzymatic hydrolysis, wherein enzymatic complex used is a Bacillus licheniformis-60 VKM V-2366 strain and papain for 3750-6250 ME action per 1.0 kg of antlers, and fermentation is performed under action of ultrasound power 37 kHz for 8-10 hours at temperature from 40 to 50 °C and pH 5.0-8.0 and filtration extract is dried at 45-50 °C.

EFFECT: method provides output of dry substance (concentrate) at level of 64 %.
