SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a solid acid alkylation unit comprising a raw material preparation unit, including a depropanizer, an alkylation unit, comprising a reactor with catalyst beds, each of which is equipped with a line for supplying raw materials, as well as a line for withdrawing the product mixture to a separation unit for reaction products with an alkylate withdrawal line and a recycle isobutane withdrawal line connected to the inlet of the reactor, pumps and valves. Unit is characterized by the fact that it additionally contains a block of adsorption cleaning and drying of raw materials, including an adsorber, and a selective hydrogenation unit, comprising a hydrogenation reactor, installed in series between the raw material preparation unit and the alkylation unit, the line for the supply of raw materials is connected through a mixer with a line of withdrawal of recycle isobutane, and each catalyst layer is equipped with a line of withdrawal of the product mixture to the separation unit of the reaction products.
EFFECT: technical result obtained by implementing the present invention is to increase the stability of the process of alkylation of isobutane with butylenes while maintaining a high catalyst activity for a long time due to the output of the product mixture from each catalyst layer and entering the circulating isobutane stream directly onto each layer, which implies process flexibility, the ability to control and regulate the course of the alkylation reaction, and due to the removal from the raw materials of catalyst poisons (deactivators) - oxygen/sulfur-containing components in the block for cleaning and drying and diene hydrocarbons in the block for selective hydrogenation.
