SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustics, exactly to devices for creating powerful resonant acoustic rotating waves in a gaseous or liquid flow medium, and can be used as a dispersant-homogenizer in many manufacturing industries. Generator of resonant rotating acoustic waves includes a coaxially mounted cylindrical stationary stator and rotating rotor inside it, in which there are uniformly arranged circumferentially through holes, a drive for uniform rotation of the rotor, means for supplying a liquid or gaseous medium to the rotor and outlets for withdrawing of the processing medium from the stator. For creating the pressure of the processing medium in the rotor, an impeller or an external blower are used. Rotor itself can be either equipped with a central shaft or not have it. Operation mode of the device is stationary, provided with a uniform rotation of the drive, at which resonant pumping and accumulation of mechanical energy takes place due to the in-phase vibrational speeds and pressures in the processing medium. Annular domain between the outer surface of the stator and the inner surface of the rotor constructively forms a resonant chamber, in which rotating acoustic waves are generated and the vibration treatment of the processing medium occurs.

EFFECT: simultaneous excitation of powerful resonant rotating waves of the entire main spectrum, increased the output power, simplified the design and improved reliability.
