Relay object controller includes an information processing processor which is designed with possibility to safely determine the position of the relay contacts using a coded signal of the processor and safely controlling the relay windings, while it is made in the form of modules with independent channels, equipped with a secure communication module with additional processors to diversify information processing, as well as modules of safe inputs and safe outputs with additional processors for diversification of information processing and independent input and output stages, as well as additional modules for hot backup, safe inputs module is configured to connect several groups of contacts, and the safe outputs module is equipped with comparators to monitor the integrity of the windings of controlled relays. Device allows to implement a safe determination of the relay condition, safe control of the relay and testing the relay winding.
