SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering and can be used in automated systems for metering and control of energy consumed. Automated information-measuring system contains four levels of hierarchical structure. First level consists of primary measuring instruments that measure the parameters of the coolant, gas, water, and electric current. Second level consists of communication tools designed for communication and data exchange between the primary measurement tools and third-level polling service servers. Third level includes the main server, the computing means of which is communicated with the computing servers of the polling service, the software is installed on the server with the ability to control user access rights. Measuring information is stored and processed on the main server and transmitted through the communication means to the fourth level of the system. Fourth level provides user interaction with the system of automated workplaces of operators with the program interface of applications.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the functionality of the system by expanding and regulating the spectrum of measurements.
