FIELD: transport enterprises systems.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to systems of transport enterprises designed for automation, as well as ensuring the safety of passenger transportation. A scalable road complex for automatic control of traffic flows of route road networks consists of a systemically integrated group of software and hardware, including separate autonomous working subsystems connected to each other. The first part of which directly works with the periodically incoming volume of road marker information coming from the communication subsystems of route vehicles. The second part of which maintains mutual communication with external control and inspection subsystems that carry out operational control and corrective intervention automatically in case of an emergency or forcibly on a signal initiated by the driver and/or passenger of the route vehicle and/or an uninvolved participant. At the same time, as one of the working subsystems of the combined group of software and hardware, the third part is used, made in the form of a database management module having at least two communication channels, the first of which contributes to the production of mutual information exchange with the second part of the software and hardware, made in the form of a communication application server that maintains the mentioned connection with external control and inspection structures and provides analysis of incoming data, user authorization and direct interaction with the latter via WEB interfaces, and the second of the communication channels contributes to receiving information signals from the mentioned first part of the software and hardware , made in the form of a communication server that performs sender authentication, software processing, temporary storage and subsequent transmission of data received in the form of the mentioned volume of road marker information, outgoing it from the communication devices of route vehicles, which are equipped with a modular control and measuring device, a registration complex, a fare payment terminal and an intelligent driver's terminal.
