SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to novel catalytic cracking catalysts with a fluidised catalyst bed, comprising microspheres, and to a method for catalytic cracking with a fluidised catalyst bed. Mesoporous catalyst includes: 1) a mixture of calcined kaolin, modified with polyphosphate by heating, with aqueous kaolin, treated with cationic polyelectrolyte; and 2) an active zeolite cracking component containing zeolite Y, wherein said catalyst is in the form of particles having an average size of 20 to 200 microns in diameter.
EFFECT: combined treatment with polyphosphate and cationic polyelectrolyte gives unexpected improvements in abrasion resistance, while maintaining a high total pore volume, even when the ratio of mesopore to macropore volume of the formed catalyst increases.
