FIELD: textile, paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a protective cloth containing aramid threads in the warp, and polyamide complex threads in the weft, besides, it contains polyamide complex caprolactam threads. And to the method of an armoured panel manufacturing from layers of protective cloth, including the following stages: layers of protective cloth containing aramid threds of 100 tex in the warp and polyamide complex threads of 15.6 tex are treated with a water-repellent composition; layers of protective cloth are treated with a glue composition by a pouring method; a soft composition structure is produced by applying layers of protective cloth with rotation of every subsequent layer by 45-90°, and it is fixed by broaching with aramid threads; a stiff composite structure is produced, by means of the following fixation of layers by the following: aramid threads and polyamide complex threads heat pressing at 160-180°C or heat melting at 215-240°C.

EFFECT: production simplification due to elimination of binding materials usage, increased ballistic resistance, lower weight of a woven packet and increased air impermeability and flexibility.
