NOZZLE FOR SIMULATING COMBAT FIRE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC F41G3/26

Abstract RU 2680172 C2

FIELD: simulators; weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for training in aiming and shooting, as well as for practical shooting in open and closed rooms. Nozzle for simulating combat fire contains body (1) with a central axial channel and slots for evacuating the powder gases. Body contains a means of light radiation oriented along the center of the axial channel and made in the form of a light pointer with a power source. In this case, the nozzle is provided with pencil case (2), reflector (5), return spring (6) and contact closure (7). Pencil case is made with a threaded connection and is provided with cover (3). Opening is made in the central part of cover (3). Inside case (2) there is inset (4) insulated from it. It contains a means of light radiation with a light pointer, power source and contacts. Reflector (5) is located at the base of body (1) of the nozzle. Diameter of reflector (5) is equal to the diameter of the axial channel of the nozzle and serves to dissect the powder gases. Between cover (3) of case (2) and reflector (5) there is return spring (6) and contact closure (7). Slots for the removal of powder gases are located in the middle part of body (1) of the nozzle in the region of reflector (5). At the base of body (1), the nozzle is threaded to connect to the muzzle of a light and sound or combat weapon. Diameter of the central axial channel of the nozzle is equal to the diameter of the bore of the barrel of a light or sound weapon and is its continuation.

EFFECT: provides reliability, safety and durability when using a nozzle in combination with a regular combat weapon for training the skills of shooters in the closest possible to real combat conditions.
