Screening for psycho-emotional disorders is carried out during preoperative period. Severity of psycho-emotional disorders is diagnosed. Personalized differentiated approach to pre-operative and postoperative psychopharmacotherapy is determined based on the obtained diagnostic results and orientation of psychocorrectional tactics is chosen, as described in claims, using psychotherapy, physiotherapy (SMT, magnetic therapy, phonophoresis, microwave, electrophoresis), breathing exercises and physical therapy, taking mineral water.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce severity of pre- and postoperative stress, psychoemotional disorders due to verification and personalized approach to psycho-pharmacotherapy and psycho-correction of anxiety-depressive disorders, improve patient compliance due to better mental status and quality of life (QOL); reduce the risk of postoperative complications due to differentiated approach to physiotherapy and physiotherapy, taking into account vegetative status of the patient and, as a result, to improve effectiveness of the results of surgical treatment.
