SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in early postoperative complications prediction after simultaneous surgical interventions concerning the abdominal organs combined surgical pathology. 7 days before the operation, determining the depression severity by the Hamilton scale. 1 day before the operation, determining the Charlson comorbidity index value. Also in the serum determining the content of: interleukin-6, endothelin-1 and the blood flow in the hepatic vein volumetric rate values. Determining the surgery type: Fast track laparoscopic simultaneous surgery, Fast track mini-laparotomic simultaneous surgery, laparoscopic simultaneous surgery, mini-laparotomic simultaneous surgery, simultaneous surgery with the open access technology. Based on the obtained data totality, using the original formulas calculating the complications development probability in the early postoperative period.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the complications in the early postoperative period predicting accuracy after simultaneous surgeries concerning the abdominal cavity combined surgical pathology due to the depressive disorder additional consideration.
