FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the isomerization of light gasoline fractions with the production of high-octane gasoline components by the method of fractionation and can be used in the refining and petrochemical industries. Invention relates to a method of separation of gasoline fractions in the process of isomerization, including a section for the distillation preparation of raw materials isomerization, section of chemical transformation and section of distillation separation of isomerization products, while as a feedstock use straight-run gasoline fraction of NK – (62–72) °C, a section for the rectification preparation of the isomerization feedstock is implemented in the form of three successively working rectification columns: from the top of the first column, the fraction NK – (25–28) °C, containing butane and lighter components, is withdrawn, and paraffin hydrocarbons from the bottom – into the second column, from the top of which isopentanes are removed as a ballast product, and the remainder of the second column is sent to the third column, where the pentane fraction is obtained with distillate, and the remainder is the hexane fraction sent separately to the chemical transformation section containing two parallel isomerization reactors, the first of which carry out the isomerization of the pentane fraction, and in the second, hexane, the isomerization products of the two reactors are combined into a common stream entering the section for the distillation separation of isomerization products, supplemented by a fourth distillation column whose raw material is the isohexane fraction withdrawn from the top of the deisohexanization column.

EFFECT: formation of optimal working conditions of the chemical conversion section with an increase in the isomerizate yield due to the preparation of high-quality raw materials of the isomerization process.
