SUBSTANCE: invention relates to capacitive devices, intended for various heat and mass exchange processes of chemical technology, in which creation of homogeneous concentration and temperature field is required in the entire volume of the mixed medium at rational power consumption. Mixer contains a vertical drive shaft, a rotor with radial spokes, at the ends of which confusors are fixed in pairs coaxially into each other using longitudinal ribs, made in the form of straight circular hollow truncated cones, facing large bases in the direction of rotation. On the smaller bases of the external confusers, hollow diffusers made in the form of a Laval nozzle are mounted coaxially to them. Rear expanding part of the Laval nozzle is made of separate longitudinal elastic plates, fixed console in its narrowed part, with slit holes between the plates. Free ends of the plates are bent radially from the axis of symmetry of the nozzle, the longitudinal edges are installed between the converters along a helical line.

EFFECT: invention ensures higher efficiency of mixing and dispersion of fluids.
