SUBSTANCE: mixer contains a drive vertical shaft, a rotor with radial spokes, at the ends of which are fixed in pairs in each other confusors made in the form of straight circular hollow truncated cones turned with large bases in the direction of rotation. The internal confusors are made in height of 1.3 times the height of the outer confusors, the confusors are installed in each other unjustly and with smaller bases in the same plane, the free sections of the large bases of the internal confusors and the free annular gaps between the conical surfaces of the internal confusors and the large bases of the external confusors are made equal by area.

EFFECT: invention provides a high speed of the resultant liquid flow at the outlet of confusors.
