SUBSTANCE: invention relates to capacitive devices, intended for various heat and mass exchange processes of chemical technology, in which creation of homogeneous concentration and temperature field is required in the entire volume of the mixed medium at rational power consumption. Mixer contains a vertical drive shaft, a rotor with radial spokes, on the ends of which there are confusors fixed in pairs in each other, made in the form of circular hollow truncated cones, facing large bases in the direction of rotation. Confusors have the same height, the smaller bases of the confusors are made in the form of ellipses, the planes of which are inclined at an angle of 40…60 degrees to the axes of symmetry confusion. Confusor are installed in each other out of line. Large bases of the internal confusors are installed with an axial displacement in the direction of rotation with respect to the large bases of the external confusors by the magnitude of the radii of their large bases. Each pair of confusors is rigidly interconnected by smaller ones forming cones of internal confusors and large ones forming cones of external confusors.

EFFECT: invention ensures higher efficiency of mixing and dispersion of fluids.
