FIELD: processes automation devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automatic control of the amount of odorant entering a gas stream, and can be used in various industries, for example, in the process of natural gas stenching. Gas odorizer contains supply tank (5) with a pipe for supplying a liquid odorant, channel for supplying liquid odorant (12) through dispensing pump (13) and check valve (CV1), communicated with mixer (32), gas supply channel (27) from high-pressure line (1) through reducer (28), pressure sensor (29), shut-off valve (30) and jet (31), also communicated with above-mentioned mixer (32 ), the output of which is connected to evaporator (15), output of which is communicated by the feed channel of odorizing mixture (21) through pressure sensor (23) sequentially installed in it, flow regulator (22) and counter of odorizing mixture (24) with low pressure line (4). Feed channel of liquid odorant (12) is equipped with calibrator (14). Evaporator (15) is made in the form of tank with partition (16) dividing it into internal cavity (18) and external cavity (17), in which a permeable insert is installed, and is equipped with heater (19). Odorizing mixture is fed through nozzles (25) in low pressure line (4).
EFFECT: as a result, the functionality of the odorizer is expanded, and the accuracy of dosing the odorant is increased when gas flows are odorized under unsteady gas consumption conditions.
