SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the devices for ensuring the safety of the environment of urban, recreational or other development, of the secondary use of resources. Environmental protection device against pollutants contains one or more settling tank made of composite nanomaterial, the protective enclosure in the form of the pit vessel of soft impermeable shells made of composite nanomaterial filled with sorbent, guy system with the lifting device, pipeline-tray for the supply of pollutants. Settling tank and the pit vessel are interconnected by a flexible coupling, at the junction of which the sensors are located. Sensors are installed with the ability to control and transmit information to the laboratory-monitoring, which is installed with the possibility of obtaining information and monitoring the operation of devices. Protection device further comprises the sludge bed with wind devices and tent prefabricated structures. Laboratory monitoring is equipped with solar collectors. Bottom of the pit vessel is covered with a sorbent film, and each layer of the settling tank is provided with cartridges and the intake with pipelines in the form of conduits made of composite materials that have a shape memory. Outer part of the cable system with the lifting device is equipped with the water permeable membrane shell installed with the possibility of the formation of solid waste.
