FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Method of mineral fertilizers granulation from the melt with a closed cycle refrigerant includes the crystallization of melt drops with their free fall in the contraflow of cooling air in the granulation tower, which is sucked from a crystallization zone through the suction windows and is fed into a washout hydro-injection chamber, adjacent to the wall of the granulation tower, at the stage of cleaning and cooling with irrigation in direct air flow compressing it due to co-current of a spray torch of a stream of cooling washing liquid, returning of the cooled washed air to the lower part of the crystallization zone of the granulation tower under the pressure created by the co-current flow of the falling droplets of the cooled washing liquid, necessary to overcome the resistance that occurs in the granulation tower when the melt droplets fall, moreover, to regulate the movement of the cooling air flow in the upper part of the washout hydro-injection chamber, fans are installed above the nozzles, at the level of the suction windows, to provide additional air draft.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce energy and resource costs for the granulation process organization.
