FIELD: granulating materials. SUBSTANCE: device has housing. The first granulator is made as overturned trancated cone opened from the bottom and positioned at the top part of the housing. The second granulator made up as a trancated cone opened from the top is positioned at the bottom part of the housing. Both of the granulators are provided with facilities for supplying coolant. The facility for supplying melt is constructed as a branch pipe mounted for permitting vertical movement. The drops of the melt, which are formed inside the first granulator, are entrained by the coolant flow and enter the second granulator wherein the large drops are broken down into the small drops, the drops are cooled, and granules are obtained under the action of the fluidized liquid on the drops.
