To implement the technical result in the control system contains a data collection module, processing and presentation of data, which is part of the operator's workstation, data transfer channels, a technological server with a Web-interface and modules of regulatory data, regulatory reference data and system settings. Application server is installed in the technology server; it contains a module for the preparation and control of control programs, an archiving module, a report generation module, interface modules with ERP systems, PLM and scheduling system, resource management control module, information subsystem. Technological server is connected with the automated workplace of the dispatcher and the operator’s automated workplace of the local network, and the dispatcher’s automated workplace contains a module for direct control of the process equipment.
