FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: information-analytical system comprises: a set of user automated workstations (AWS) 1 connected into a local area network and a central server 2, having a memory unit 3 in form of several data bases. The AWS includes: an information-analytical subsystem (IAS) 11 consisting of counting information-analytical modules (IAM) 12, scheduling IAM 13, standardisation IAM 14, energy-technological balance optimisation IAM 15; a module 16 for displaying and documenting results, consisting of a count unit 17, a scheduling unit 18, a standardistion unit 19, an energy-technological balance optimisation unit 20; a request generating unit 21.
EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of management results due to rational design of the AWS, and eliminating the information gap between different management levels of the enterprise by creating a single data base which covers all management levels at the enterprise and adapted to analyse the used data in order to optimise current operations and generating recommendations for future operations of the enterprise through complex data processing.
